goDeemer Arena- *Beta* version

A good friend who admins a redeemer only server asked me to poke around in the redeemer code and make him a new weapon to use in an arena. The normal deemer is just too slow and powerful in my view so I made some adjustments (heh heh...). It didn't turn out the way he had envisioned it would be but I didn't want to just trash the work. It's a good start for someone to take this and run with it.

The goDeemer is a smaller, lighter, faster weapon that falls between the 8-ball and normal redeemer in overall "power". It retains the controlled alt-fire but the blast radius and damage are greatly reduced. The missle is close to twice as fast now to compensate for the loss in strength and also is easier to control. In playtesting it's not overwhelming and actually fits nicely into the niche of long-range weapons along with the sniper rifle. I'm not a fan of super powerful or overwhelming weapons and I took great pains with this to make it balanced and useful.

The mod is written as an arena but you can also import the weapon into a map like any other.

Changes:
Resized the missle, blast radius, damage, and collision. Custom sounds and textures. The new decals will not lag a server any more than a normal redeemer blast decal will. 

*PLEASE* don't post this to redirects just yet. I'd like to make maybe one more set of changes before it is final release. I'm interested in getting feedback on this and seeing what people would like improved. I'll post ServerPackages and mapvote lines after that.
