Description             : This is my sixth released map (the others are downloadable from the Nali City database, see above for details). A CTF-Face clone : although CTF-Face is a famous and great map, it is too much sniper-oriented and there are only two ways to each flag base/room ; my concept was to decrease the sniper domination by adding paths on a multi-level layout... For that, I decided to use a teleport system wich gives this map a kind of neverending flow although the level is entirely on a single straight line, so the idea of a bridge above the stars like in one of the adventure of Lone Sloane, the comic-book hero created by famous french artist Philippe Druillet. Started on a P-II 300 Mhz 256 Mg RAM about 8 Gg HD a Leadtek Winfast Geforce 256 32Mb and a standard Soundblaster, finished on an Athlon 1900+ 512 Mg RAM about 45 Gg HD the same video card -then a GeForce 2 MX400- and a SB 128 PCI, with Win2K Pro.

Historical datas	: With the huge success of the famous Face and Face][ CTF arenas, it was not a long time before the Liandri administrators launched the vast project of mixing up the two in one ; so was created Times after many months of work by their most skilled engineers, in a region of the human sphere very far away from the most known space ways that the common cargo vessels use, a desert area located at the periphery of our galaxy in the orbit of a planet known as Terminus...

Release notes           : The first time I played Face, I thought that Inoxx had modeled two different bases and it was a long time before I realized my mistake : abused by this lack of contrast I decided to map my own version of this famous level in pushing the concept to the extreme and differenciating the bases not by the space but by the time, this is why one is ancient and the other futuristic. That seemed a good idea until I remembered that Inoxx did it very much better in CTF-Kosov... Anyway, I had things to learn about CTF mapping and it was a good occasion to explore more texture packs, so I added four ways to each base with a teleport system that I hope you'll be addicted to : enjoy !

Construction time       : about three months

Installation
------------
Unzip the file CTF-Times.unr into your UnrealTournament\maps directory and the SGTech1.utx into your UnrealTournament\textures directory (this texture package file was distributed with the Christmas Bonus Pack from Epic Games and is an official stuff) ; the use of the mutator "TeamSize" is strongly recommended (see the corresponding .zip file for details and copyright). You can then choose CTF-Times from the "start practice session\capture the flag" menu.
