Whee.  The last time I released an Unreal level was way back in '99, before
Unreal Tournament had even been released.  Now UT2K3 is out.  I think I
missed the whole UT craze.  ::Shrugs::  Anyway, I've been playing a lot of
CTF lately, and I wanted to try my hand at UnrealEd again.  This is the
result.  I don't know if the time passage gimmick has been done before, but
I think it's a pretty nifty effect regardless.  There's a few hidden bits
to this level that are only available at certain times and stuff.

Bot support sucks.  I've seen them take and even capture the flag on the
rare occasion, but for the most part, they just run around shooting each
other.  They also have the nasty tendency to open doors which are supposed
to be timer-based, and I can't figure out why. So basically, don't use bots.

That's about it.  Go play.  Here's hoping it doesn't suck.
