Extended description:
--------------------
Inspired by the "Point of Authority" video by Linkin Park. Bases located in a canyon in the deep arctic. They are semi-automated geothermal power plants. They've been rented out for CTF tournament match play. Explanation of placards behind teleporters: Each base has an "A" and "B" building with a ground floor =1 and a sniper deck =2. The placards behind the teleporters indicate where it goes to. "A2" would be building "A" sniper deck for the base you are at. This explanation was added because some players where confused. They thought the letters referred to which base you were at.

Author's Notes
--------------
This map was intended as a low gravity instagib multiplayer game. It orignaly was not intended as a single player game. However Bot paths and pickups were placed for single player or non-instagib mode of play. Bots resonably navigate the map but when they make it to the flag they ignor it. Due to bot limitations they can't always go about doing things they way they should. I would have liked to have had snowfall and realistic fog but wanted to stay with in Frame Rate constraints of 2001 PC technology. I wanted it to be playable on 90% of the PCs out there. This is the first map I've done that I felt was good enough to distribute.
