Single Player : Botmatch
Cooperative : ?
Deathmatch : could be. It's small-yet-large, and some of my friends have enjoyed playing it in the frag-fest mentality :)
CTF : Yes
Domination : No
Assault : No
Dark Match : No
Difficulty Settings : No
Recommended Weapon(s) : Flak Cannon and Sniper Rifle. Oh yeah.
New Sounds : No
New UScript : No
New Graphics : Yes (And, I apologize for the size of the .utx file! I actually had it up to 20 meg, uncompressed, at one point. If anyone has any recommendations to reduce the size, please contact me!)
Known bugs : SOME times the bots may find a corner to rest in, where there aren't any pathnodes, but they're never there for very long, since they can find them by easily walking around. Also, the blue team likes to invade by jumping down the spatula ramp, and sometimes they jump OFF the ramp, to their deaths. Not often, though.

Author's Notes
--------------
Inspired to do a "miniatures" board by Kid Ying (Linkoftime@aol.com), as well as from the fact that I simply called the server I managed at work, "The Kitchen Sink," I decided to make this a reality. Simply put you're playing in a double-basin kitchen sink! The flags are located on opposite ends of the counter, and all the weapons are found within the basins themselves. Personally, I like to think I've created a well-balanced non-symmetrical CTF board. I hope it's true.
Also, kudos go to Sean "Gigglepuss" O'Brien for the motivation to keep going, and the springboard to bounce ideas off of. Sean's got some great boards of his own soon to be released, and I hope they're all awesome.
