CTF-Deceitful
===========================================================================================
Title : Deceitful minds
Version : 2.0
Release Date : 08/2005
Author : Cyberia-Mix_{Track-04}<--
Email Address : bonta-kun@hotmail.fr

Description : medium sized high-tech arena where the bases are 'stacked'.
The main entrance of each base is separated from the flag by a window which forces the attackers to go round to
enter the base, and enables the defensers to see which way take the flag carriers to escape on the other hand.
Taking the flag is quite a challenge, fortunately, attackers can use the teleporter at the end of each base which
leads to 3 differents spots, preventing from teleporter camping and flag carriers to be followed (or covered).
Have faith in your skills !

Credits to : Alan 'Talisman' Willard and Rich 'Akuma' Eastwood, for having made CTF-Coret (which gave me the idea of the
map though it's not visible now) and DOM-Lament/DOM-Lament][ (for the cool scrolling screen idea and the shape
of some kind of door...) + Cedric 'Inoxx' Fiorentino for his CTF-Nucleus (for the cool pulsing glass).

--- Play Information ---

Game : Unreal Tournament

Game Type	: CTF
Difficulty Settings	: from "novice" to "godlike"
Ideal Player Count	: 10-14

New Sounds	: No
New Graphics	: No
Known bugs	: Some little HOMs I couldn't fix (but hopefully you won't notice them)... -_-
		> Some coronas aren't displayed sometimes, I don't know why (too much of them ? ^^)...

--- Construction ---
Editor(s) used	: UnrealEd 2.0, Paint (to resize the screenshots ^^)
Construction time	: err... the map was started in summer 2001(or was it 2002 ?), so... 4 years ? o_O
In fact, I lost count after 300 hours (I'm a pretty slow mapper you know...), however i think it easily
exceeds 400 including the numerous hours of alpha, beta (and even gamma...) testing...
Base : built from scratch. Initially inspired from CTF-Coret (just remains the flag's support now...),
some ideas from DOM-Lament][ and CTF-Nucleus also.

Author's Notes - don't tell me you care... :p
---------------------
I was a complete n00b when I started this map, which was initially intented to look like Coret. Many cubes (err...rooms... ^^)
have disappeared since the original version, but some other remain (the ugly ones, you'll recognize them...).
Version 2 started when I replaced the Coret textures set by UTtech2 (looks better that way :>), but still 2/3 of the map were
done (the central area, the 'pyramid' thing, and the red side). I stopped working on this map, then came back from times to
times to make a couple of rooms (while improving myself, working on other maps, of course...), until today.
I hard an hard time (and extremely long too...) connecting the bases and forcing the bots to use ALL paths (in vain...)...
However, bots play very well and gameplay fully satisfies me in general (so if it doesn't for you, I don't care :p), and that's what
it's all about. :)
> I tried to balance as much as I could the difficulty for each team (since the map isn't properly symetrical). It's obviously not
perfect, but it's convenient (so I think...).

Special Thanks
----------------------
- my friends (well... they don't play UT anymore then... - this is an old map anyway... -_-),
- people of the unreal-design forums (Hellkeeper, -=DaRkDrIuM=-, nighthawk, Foxhound, djant), for their feedback, and
for helping me to find a name to the map (which was CTF-NeoCoret][ before... :x). Special thanks to nighthawk for the idea
of the multiple destinations teleporter. :)
