Description:		One of 2 CTF levels I made when unreal first came out, 
			(1997)? My buddy and I were making a CTF conversion
			for Unreal. After many months of working with a crappy
			built in scripting system and a buggy editor, and hearing
			that UT was going to have CTF built in, we gave up. 
			This and the other map have sat on my harddrive for 
			many years. I wanted to get this out to the public,
			so here ya go. I replaced all the Unreal entities with
			UT entities so it is now a UT map. It is a remake of
			Zoid's first CTF map. Remeber Quake1? This is McKinley
			base but for UT. I happen to think it rocks. I asked
			for his permission many times back in the 90s to do
			an Unreal port of this map. I never got any responses
			through email. Silence means consent. Right? So here it
			is. It is a Homage to the great one who invented CTF.
