Author's Notes

--------------

I was always intrigued by the map rooms in CTF-BURNING and the little window between
the flag rooms. I was never fond of the map itself, but I thought it would be neat
to have a map where you got the entire picture of both flag rooms from eachother. In
a competetive environment, this allows the Defense to actually become actively
involved in the offense as well as actually getting to watch their own offense make
their assaults and communicate whats going on in the enemy base before they start
the final assault. The other idea here is that because to the EXTREMELY DEEP shaft
escape a flag carrier can make from the enemy flag rooms, the defense can actuially
know exactly when and where to meet their own flag carrier for support, should he
choose to do so. Long bored days on Defense are a thing of the past.
