Extended description:
--------------------
Outpost located in the deep arctic.  This outpost is mainly for the monitoring of atmospheric conditions, weather
and various other tasks.


Author's Notes
--------------
I would have liked to have made the outside area more detail but had to stay with in Frame Rate constraints.
Also would have liked the snow to be more dense but again the outside area was already pushing the limits.
Bots navigate the map really well but the layout of the map is more human oriented requiring human tactics.
Due to bot limitations they can't always go about doing things they way they should.

Update
--------------
The first version of this map had some issues with online play that made it unplayable.  This version should be
working okay.
